About the Department
Founded in 1977, Locust Creek Volunteer Fire Department serves the NorthEast part of Louisa County and citizens around the private side of Lake Anna. We are comprised of all volunteers who provide structural, vehicular, and wildlife firefighting, on-scene emergency medical services (non-transport), vehicle accident rescue, and public awareness.
We are looking for fire, EMS, auxiliary, and support. If you are interested in joining, contact us to at fs5@louisa.org learn more.
We Are Seeking Heros
We are always seeking new volunteers to our ranks, particularly drivers, patient care providers, and administrative personnel. You don’t have to live within our service area because we have bunk rooms for members to sleep. We accept members with or without experience and provide all training.
